While the American government under it's black leader sleeps, they are not seeing Russia busy taking every oil state away from them, and within weeks of Israel finding lots of oil reserves low and behold the Russian leader is off to see heads of state in Israel.
The Russians and China see the black USA leader as a wimp (which he really is) so they are not frightened of stealing the USA friends away from him while he catches up on his sleep.
Sorry USA but unless you get a new leader fast that has guts your just going to have to bed Russia to let you buy the only oil in the world that all belongs to the USSR.
