Heavy loads

I have just had the fright of my life, and I have got to do something about it.
I jumped on my bathroom scales last night before going to bed, and I was 14st 7lb and just last Christmas I was a nice 9st 8lb.
I read today that 78% of women are classed as fat now compared as just 21% in 1990, that was a shock.
Anyway I have ordered a bottle of Curb from Alternative4u today to get my weight down, I have been told by mates it worked for them.

Hello Kate,
Well you are at least being honest about what has happened about your weight yer? and yes Curb really is a great safe product for slimmer if they really do want to change the way they feel and look.
I was in a cafe just yesterday and 3 young women under 30 come in to eat, 2 of the 3 were very fat, sorry but fat they were each was about 15 st, nearly as round as they were tall, honest.
However the 2 fat girls has 3 times the amount of food each as the small girl ordered, so it is fact fat women do eat far too much.
On top of that if they get fat they walk less, so getting fat and walking less puts on yet more fat.
