I use a PC for quite a few hours a day, and I get wrist pains, is this Arthritis or old age?

I have heard of this sort of thing with computer users, I think it's called Repetitive strain or a thing like that, maybe a rest from computing would help.

I have been told by many Arthritis problems that they were pleased to find comfort by taking Revonel.
