I watched another video on cod liver oil by some doctor but he said something about the risk of taking cod liver oil over some other type of fish oil and it had something to do with vitamin D .. ? im not exactly sure what he meant but he was saying something along the lines of testing your vitamin D level for pre-cautions. Just seeing if anyone knows any negtive effects from taking cod liver oil...i didnt think there was any .. i take a teaspoon a day myself.

Cold liver oil is superior to other fish oils. The taste is not that bad. It's pretty mild if you get the right brand. Don't buy the brands in the drug or grocery stores.
