An urgent investigation has been launched by a health authority following the death of a 14-year-old girl shortly after she was given a cervical cancer vaccination.
In a statement, NHS Coventry said no link had been made between the death and the HPV jab, but it had nevertheless quarantined the batch used at the teenager's school as a "precautionary measure".
