Dogs on beaches

I am a good dog owner, lots of other folk are too I know, but why on earth do people have a pack of dogs more these days? when these folk take the pack to a beach, they cannot watch them all at the same time, and these peoples dogs do S _ _ T everywhere, and they never do pick the S _ _ T up and that is so messy.

I dont know about dogs on beaches, but I see a report on TV today about lots of dog owners that are not fit to have dogs.

Why so many people are getting more than 1 or 2 dogs I just dont know, as if they cannot control 1 dog, getting 2 or 3 more is going to lead to a person getting badly hurt.
