I had a few weeks last November looking over new TV sets, bought a number of mags on them, then spoke to a number of people, and bought LCD because Plasma are going out of fashion with most of the well know makers of TV now.
LCD cost less than half price to use on the Elec per hour, LCD stay bright and clear many years longer as Plasma screens will fade slightly the more times and hours you use it.
The good thing if any about Plasma is they run hot, and will make your living room warm in the winter, ho yes sorry on hot summer days too.
