Yes this illness, I did say illness is quite common, you can fight it, but often you need a good understanding person along with you in the fight. It is however not good to be put on anti depressants for a long time, that makes matter worse.

Lots of people seem to suffer anxiety attacks, I had one today when I had to go to the Dentist, but I would not even consider going on antidepressants as that makes things much worse.
