I think Alternative health seems to be getting bigger than ever I was in Holland & Barrett today looking at the cost of items, and I think though Alternative4u 's shop is not the cheapest, the products are very good indeed, plus I have no need to go to town, I can get them on mail order when I need too.

Saying that some vitamins from shops are quite expensive is fine yes, but this last week we got a magazine within the Daily Mail paper full of vitamins by a big on line company, postage was free, plus a 0800 number to order from.
I feel that so many firms are now selling this type of thing, that they are in some cases selling items cheaper than they are made.
What your going to see is that only the stronger groups will survive in the end, then market prices will go sky high again.
