The best way to stay well over Christmas and the New Year is by drinking in moderation, eating the same amount of food you normally eat, make sure what you eat is fit to eat, like all meats being well cooked, milk and cream is consumed within date stamps,. and not leaving your drink around for a fool to pop anything in it without you seeing. Stay safe, be safe, and may I wish you all the very happy Christmas and a great healthy New Year.
