Finger pains

I have been getting swelling in the fingers for years, used lots of my GPs tablets till I have rattled, but now I have bought a tablet called Revonol from the Alternative4u health department.
Anyway I have only used 4 days of the bottle, and already the finger pains are gone, and I have more movement now than I did 1 week back.

I was reading your article on here about arthritis and having this problem myself over the last few years I have also found this product has been very good and well worth the money, and seeing that it has no side-effects as many of my doctors medicines seem to have us quite glad to find this product on your website.

I want to try alternatives out for my finger arthritis rather than my GPs medicines, can anyone tell me what I should try?
