I was going to the toilet to wee every 1 to 2 hours in November, and seeing as I couldn't get a goon nights sleep I plucked up courage to visit my GP. I was examined, and was sent to a local Hospital for tests, and I was at the Hospital over 4 hours, doing this and that. I was sent home, and 2 weeks later I went to see my GP for results, and told I have Prostate Cancer, I am 71 years of age, and dead scared. Has anyone else had this problem? and if so what happened to you? Tony

I think the main thing to think about is that you as a practitioner does not diagnose, or treat for a specific condition, you are treating the whole person. All feet are different and sensitivities differ from person to person, so you have to judge how much pressure to use and this will depend on your observations of the client's reactions and feedback.
I always err on the side of caution the first time I treat and if possible get the client to get permission from his Dr.
