House seller packs brought in by Browns stupid tribe simply do not work, they are not worth the paper that is used on them.
People should just not bother having them done, as they can and do add 5 to 9 extra weeks before a house sale can be done.
Treat the laws that Brown has made with contempt because that fool just lacks logic, he has no basic skills, he got the UK into the biggest financial mess out of all Europe because of his stupid ideas and games.
That Brown bloke is not helping the UK to get out of this mess we are in, he is making things a lot worse.
