North Korea to Attack USA

It has just been announced that North Korea is preparing to launch a long range missile to-wards an Island belonging to the USA.
The US have today installed Self Defense missiles on borders to wards North Korea that should intercept anything coming in.

The North Koreans know that the USA dare not attack the North, as already ships have broke the new 6th Amendment in the UN by shipping weapons out of the North without the USA saying a thing.

I heard that the USA have placed Missiles round some parts of the world just to protect the places from attack from Korea.
If the USA see or thinks that North Korea may fire at any country, the USA should get in first, not after deaths have happened.
