Once again today on television I heard the case in Peterborough were a young woman was raped and the police are now in the area some weeks later taking DNA samples from men who just happen to walk by that area, so cops ask them to take a DNA samply test.
It is very unlikely that the man who raped a woman will come by the same area and say to the police yes I was the one you're looking for in that rape, I will gladly give you a DNA sample.
Once again the taxpayer is being ripped off for another piece waste of time and money that could be better spent elsewhere. Andy

Funny enough I heard an article on television this morning in the seven o'clock news about a girl who fantasised about rape, and she told the police that she had been raped.
The police spent approximately 3 months investigating this allegation of rape before the girl admitted he man who raped her was a fantasy and something she had always hoped would happen as she always wanted it to happen, however in all of the time that she was fantasising and the Police was investigating it cost the taxpayer £1.9 million. When she appeared in court last week she was only fined £80, how on earth did she get away with such a small fine if it had been a man he would have got about four years inside and £800.
